Sekuwa Sansar began in Adelaide with a simple but stubborn idea: real Nepali sekuwa, grilled the way it's done back home, shouldn't be hard to find — or expensive to enjoy. So instead of building a big, do-everything menu, we kept it focused on a few dishes we could do exceptionally well, at honest, street-food prices.

At the heart of what we do is the sekuwa itself — open-flame, charcoal-grilled meat, hand-marinated in our own spice blend and cooked slowly over real fire, never gas. We currently grill pork, chicken, buff, and goat, each served the traditional way with puffed rice, fresh salad, and our house-made sauce. And we're not done yet — more exotic, less-common cuts and flavours are in development, so regulars always have something new to look forward to.

We're also experimenting with where Nepali chargrill meets the Australian table. That's where dishes like our Chargrilled Sekuwa Wrap and Sekuwa Salad Plates came from — neither traditional Nepali nor typical Aussie pub food, but something new that belongs to us. More original dishes like these are already in the works.

Alongside our sekuwa, we serve momo, choila, and Himalayan noodle soups — and we've made it a point of pride to keep momo genuinely affordable. Our Chicken Momo starts from just $9.88, available all day, every day, because we believe good Nepali comfort food shouldn't come with a premium price tag.

Most recently, we've introduced something new to the Australian market: Sekuwa by Kilo — a build-your-own grill experience where you select your own meat by weight and have it grilled fresh to order, a concept that's common in Nepal but rarely seen here.
